Would you assimilate?

to change their looks to fit in.
Assimilation is when you would change yourself to fit in with others. It also means that you're trying to fit in with the people around you or society. Assimilation could affect students in a negative way or a positive way.  When students try to assimilate, they would change their personality, how they act, what they do and many other factors. Students can assimilate in a positive way like forming a group and being friendly to each other and talk to each other.

assimilate to be a part of them.
There are some positive benefits to assimilate with others like making new friends. You could also have fun with other people if they have the same hobbies as you. I think there would be a benefit of assimilating to a new culture since you could learn more about their culture. Also, you could like something that's in another culture that isn't in yours.

When I would assimilate, I would usually change back overtime before I would forget who I am. I would assimilate when I would have to fit in to be able to communicate with others or making new friends. It would help me get to know them better and overtime I would be normal around them. I wouldn't assimilate when i'm not in a good mood due to something or that person annoying me. This is how students could be affected by assimilation.
